Justin specialises particularly in restaurant, bar and leisure property leasing, retail leasing, shopping centre management and warehouse conversion/development. He focuses largely on residential and commercial investment advice, and has recently advised on a substantial joint venture by a leading building developer involving a care village and a residential housing development. Justin also advises a significant base of ultra-high-net-worth individuals on residential property matters.

Justin has over 30 years of experience in agriculture and estates, real estate work with particular reference to the negotiation of farm business and agricultural tenancies and licences, the sale and purchase of farms as assets and as going concerns, and the negotiation and completion of agreements for lease and leases of minerals. Clients have included business entrepreneurs, wealthy individuals investing in farms and agriculture, and landed estate trustees.
