Christmas Jumper Day
On Friday 12 December 2014, Payne Hicks Beach raised money for the firm's charities by participating in 'Christmas Jumper Day'.
There was an array of jumpers on show: old Christmas jumpers that had been tucked away ready for the festive season; new ones, which owners had an excuse to go to the shops for and vintage ones, lovingly made by parents for their teenage children 35 years ago which made an appearance for this occasion!
There were prizes to be won for the best and worst Christmas jumpers. Justin Dunlop was the winner of "the best" and Larraine Bennett was the winner of "the worst".
The staff enthusiastically supported the event by wearing Christmas jumpers and making a donation. We raised a total of £92 which will be split equally between our firm's charities, the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust and Coram's Fields.
