Payne Hicks Beach expands its renowned Dispute Resolution Department

Leading central London law firm Payne Hicks Beach is pleased to announce the expansion of its Dispute Resolution Department with the appointment of Charlotte Henshall as a Solicitor. Charlotte joins Payne Hicks Beach from offshore law firm, Ogier, where she trained and subsequently qualified in 2016. Her appointment is effective from 22 January 2018.

Charlotte’s practice encompasses a breadth of matters ranging from commercial disputes and asset recovery to insolvency and contentious trusts. Furthermore, she has particular expertise in complex multi-jurisdictional disputes. Charlotte will be working closely with Payne Hicks Beach’s wider Dispute Resolution Team on their broad dispute litigation services work.
