Payne Hicks Beach further strengthens its Landed Estates offering
Leading London law firm, Payne Hicks Beach, is pleased to announce the expansion of its Landed Estates and Agriculture Team with the appointment of Antonia Cosby. Antonia joins the firm as a solicitor from Forsters.
Antonia brings a breadth of property transaction and advisory expertise with a particular emphasis on landed estates and rural property. Her practice encompasses working on a range of matters from the buying and selling of listed buildings and farmland to sporting rights and agricultural and residential tenancies. She also advises on matters arising out of the daily management of an estate. Antonia’s client base is made up of high net worth individuals, families, trustees and companies. She is a member of STEP and the CLA.
The award-winning Landed Estates and Agriculture Team at Payne Hicks Beach works in conjunction with the firm’s leading Property and Private Client departments to provide over 50 landed estates with seamless advice on all matters relating to the ownership and management of land.
