Graham was the firm's Senior Partner for some 14 years and was, for many years, the head of our Trust and Tax Department. His work includes giving legal and fiscal advice to shareholders and boards of family and other private companies. He also specialises in advising in connection with landed estates and heritage property, international trusts, probates and family property, charities and educational institutions.
In 2009, Graham was appointed an Honorary Bencher of Lincoln's Inn, believed to be the first solicitor ever to receive this accolade. In addition, he has a particular specialisation in the French law of property and succession and is the English representative of the Monassier Group.
Graham studied law at Bristol University and obtained a Master's degree in law from King's College, London. He also studied at the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium. He qualified in 1969, became a partner in 1972 and was senior partner from 1994 to 2008 before becoming a consultant in 2009.
