Howard also advises on a wide variety of other corporate law matters, including company reorganisations and refinancings, shareholder agreements and lending and security documentation.
Howard works with both domestic and international clients across a range of business sectors, including technology, financial services, food and beverages, manufacturing and chemicals.
Recent transactions include advising an incoming management team on their acquisition of a financial services business funded by private equity, advising on the sale of a software business to a German IT software company, advising an international chemicals group on two acquisitions and advising the sellers of an IT services provider to a US venture capital firm.
Howard obtained a LL.B honours degree in 1994 from King’s College, London. Howard was called to the Bar in 1995 and subsequently re-qualified as a solicitor in 2000.
Howard previously worked in the corporate department of City firm Fox Williams before joining Payne Hicks Beach in 2016.
