She is part of the firm’s “strong team” of property litigators recommended and rated by the Legal 500 2016 UK edition. Katie works closely with the firm’s real estate lawyers (also recognised by the established legal directories) to offer comprehensive property advice to clients. She represents both landlords and tenants, with experience in forfeiture and possession proceedings, as well as issues concerning service charge, breach of covenant, rent review, enfranchisement (especially residential lease extensions), business leases under the 1954 Act, property management and 1987 Act rights of first refusal.
