Patricia has extensive experience in family law as an advocate when she was a practising barrister and subsequently in advising clients as a lawyer in private practice. Her work has included public and private child care; international child abduction; domestic violence; marital status disputes (recognition of marriages); financial claims in divorce, between unmarried couples and financial provision for children of unmarried relationships, and nuptial agreements. Her particular interest is in complex financial cases involving high net worth client, where the cases have an international nature involving offshore assets, domestic and overseas tax and jurisdiction issues, and overseas litigation, where the assets include domestic and overseas trust and company structures.
Patricia completed her pupillage in Chambers in Lincoln's Inn and then was a tenant in Chambers in Gray's Inn. After taking her solicitors conversion exams in 2008 she worked at Finers Stephens Innocent before joining the Family team at Payne Hicks Beach. Patricia also gained experience as a reporter for Family Law Reports and Family Law Journals.
Patricia is a member of Middle Temple.
