Harassment

The distress that arises from unwanted, persistent and intimidating attention from one or a group of other people can be enormous. The range of circumstances includes; paparazzi siege/pursuit, stalkers, online-trolls, abusive ex-partners and even junk-mailers or persistent cold-callers.

These cases are highly sensitive and need to be handled carefully, either by correspondence or an urgent injunction. Sometimes we work in unison with the police, when the level of harassment or other conduct is considered to amount to a criminal offense. We take the pressure from our clients so that they can return to their normal lives once more.
