UK Trusts

Trust law is a complex area requiring a high degree of specialist knowledge.  Clients want to be sure they are getting the best advice to achieve the optimum benefit.  This is a specialism where the accumulated range and depth of experience of our partners and staff combine to deliver the best of modern solutions.  Our legal and administrative team provides a continuity of client relationship now seldom found in London legal practices.   We are committed to providing a fully integrated service to settlors, trustees and beneficiaries.

We can administer trusts at all levels as well as provide advice on structure and management.  We can deal with administration, accountancy and tax compliance for all types of trust, from family trusts to self-administered pension funds.  We liaise with investment and other advisers and can create and administer tax efficient holding entities.

We will also arrange for the preparation of income, capital gains and inheritance tax returns for individuals connected with major trusts or companies for which we act.

We work with private bankers and investment houses to give advice on the management of portfolios and on using and structuring life assurance of all types, liaising with independent financial advisers where appropriate.
