When advising on estate planning, we aim to ensure that tax on death is kept to a minimum.  We also advise on structuring estates so that our clients' aims and objectives during their lifetime may continue to be achieved after death.

This may require the continued running of a family business or simply the transfer of assets to a surviving spouse.  In either case we offer a sensitive and efficient service.

We can administer estates and their related trusts, providing a full accountancy service.  We advise on the preparation of deeds of variation and obtain grants of probate or letters of administration both in the UK and the equivalent abroad.  We also prepare all tax returns and claims during the administration of an estate.

We have extensive experience in dealing with multi jurisdictional probates and issues arising out of conflicts of international succession law.

We can also act through the Firm's trust corporation, as a trustee of a trust or executor of a will either alone or jointly with others.
